Job Details

The Beader will create detailed beadwork and embellishments on garments and fashion pieces, translating design concepts into elegant and high-quality finishes for BERYL QOUTURE, a luxury fashion house. This is a full-time position based in Kampala. Work Hours: 8 hours per day. Base Salary: Not Disclosed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply beads, sequins, crystals, stones, and other embellishments to garments.
• Follow approved patterns and designer specifications.
• Perform both hand and machine beading where required.
• Ensure consistency, precision, and symmetry in beadwork.
• Select appropriate beads and embellishments according to the design.
• Repair or modify beadwork where necessary.
• Handle delicate fabrics and embellishments carefully.
• Complete assigned work within production timelines.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Relevant training or practical experience in beading, fashion design, tailoring, or garment embellishment.
• Proven hand and/or machine beading skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Creativity and patience.
• Ability to produce neat, elegant, and high-quality finishes.
• Level of Education: Bachelor degree.
• Experience: 12 months.
