Full-time position based at Plot 24–30 Ring Road, Nalukolongo–Kampala, Kampala. The Business Development Officer will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and support growth by expanding customer base, distribution network and revenue streams for this FMCG/manufacturing group. Base salary not disclosed. One position available.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Research potential customers, markets, and business partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Support negotiations and business agreements.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop strategies to increase market penetration.
Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
Prepare regular business development reports.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any Business-related field preferred).
Motivated, results-driven professional ready to contribute to a growing Ugandan FMCG brand.
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, trade marketing or FMCG is an advantage.
