Job Details
RCS Consult is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the achievement of organisational objectives. The role is based in Kampala, Uganda and is offered on a full-time basis (8 work hours). The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and strengthening internal controls. Salary is not disclosed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's finance function and support achievement of organisational objectives
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and organisational requirements
- Strengthen and enforce internal controls and financial systems
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting or related role
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance
- Strong internal controls and financial management skills
- Ability to work full-time on site in Kampala
