Ntake Bakery and Company Limited, part of Ntake Group, is hiring a Route Salesman to manage sales and product distribution along assigned routes, ensuring products reach customers and outlets on time while maximizing sales opportunities. This is a full-time role based at Plot 24–30 Ring Road, Nalukolongo–Kampala, Kampala. The company is recruiting 1 position for this role. Employment Type: Full-time, 8 Work Hours per day. Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG. Deadline: 2026-08-28.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers and retail outlets according to the sales route.
• Take orders and deliver products to customers.
• Achieve assigned route sales targets.
• Develop relationships with retailers and other customers.
• Ensure proper product display and availability.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Collect payments where required and maintain accurate records.
• Report market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Ensure company products are handled and transported appropriately.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of relevant experience in sales, route sales or FMCG distribution.
• Knowledge of route sales, distribution and retail operations.
• Strong customer relationship, payment collection and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and monitor stock and market developments.
• Motivated, results-driven and able to maximize sales opportunities along assigned routes.
