Job Details
Ruby Hospital Kampala is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive – Entebbe to drive business development and grow patient referrals and clinic revenue in the Entebbe area. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with doctors, companies, insurance providers and other referral partners.

- Work Mode: Field sales / business development (requires valid driving licence and independent target delivery)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for Ruby Hospital in the Entebbe area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, companies, insurance providers and other referral partners
- Drive patient referrals and increase clinic revenue through proactive networking and marketing activities
- Promote Ruby Hospital's specialist services, departments, diagnostics, and health packages to potential clients and partners
- Achieve set sales and referral targets independently
- Represent Ruby Hospital professionally in the field and at networking engagements
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Male candidates only
- Must be currently residing in Entebbe
- Must have a valid driving license
- Previous experience in sales and business development is required
- Experience in medical/healthcare sales is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and customer relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve set targets
- Must be proactive, confident, and results-oriented
About Ruby Hospital Kampala
